1 Hour coastal flight to Knysna and back

Clients will take-off at either the Mossel Bay Helicopters Heli pad on Bergsig or the Hartenbos helicopter site to Knysna. The helicopter will fly along the coastline over Klein-Brak, Groot-Brak, Glentana, Wilderness, Sedgefield, Buffels Bay, to Knysna heads where the pilot will turn and fly over the beautiful Knysna river back to Hartenbos. Our pilots are safety cautious and opportunities can be given to see Great White sharks, dolphins and whales to those who are lucky.

Although this is our shortest sailing cruise and excludes catering, you will still thrill at the wind in the sails and the beautiful scenery out through the Knysna Heads and along the spectacular coastline. If you love sailing, this experience offers you a little taste of everything. From the calm waters of the lagoon, through the magnificent Knysna Heads and on to the vast expanse of the open ocean, you and your family can enjoy many different aspects of a day at sea with our highly experienced crew. This rare opportunity to combine lagoon and sea sailing means you can feel the rush of the wind in the sails and perhaps even see dolphins and whales, and also float merrily along on the tranquil lagoon, enjoying the view. All our trips are ocean going trips and are weather and sea conditions dependent. Only the skipper of the vessel can make a judgement call on these conditions which are determined on the day of the charter. Conditions are influenced by tide, wind direction & speed and sea swell, therefore going out through the Knysna Heads is never guaranteed.

1 Hour Segway Experience also available EARLY BIRD SPECIAL: Book the 07:00 or 08:00 tour time and get a R50 per person off... :-) * Included in the 2 hour tour is a 15-20 minute training session. (Introduction training is provided before embarking on the tour.) * After the training we take a journey through the quaint Stormsriver Village, and into the cool pine forests. We enter the ancient indigenous Tsitsikamma Forests along the paths to the famous and majestic Tsitsikamma BIG Tree and back to the village. The Segway PT (Personal Transporter) is exceptionally easy and safe to use. Before each tour, guests receive a comprehensive orientation by an experienced official Segway trainer. This training takes between 15 and 20 minutes per group and covers important safety and operational procedures. Before the tour embarks, the guide ensures that everyone is 100% comfortable on the Segway PT. An obstacle course will enable the riders to practice and build confidence before the tour starts. Pickups/Transfers is subject to availability and at an extra cost.

Green Route Tubing SUP Combo

RED ROUTE GORGE TUBING also available The trip includes a 20min scenic forest drive from Storms River Village to the drop off and pickup point in the old Storms River Pass. At rivers edge you recieve your tube and we take you for a short upstream paddle to a sandy beach where we sling our tubes over our shoulders and walk a further 200m to the next calm pool. Now we jump onto our Stand Up Paddle Boards (SUP) and paddle approximately 800m further to a 8m optional cliff jump. Don't worry we'll demonstrate first and if your up for it you're welcome to take the leap. Whilst the brave hearts are leaping those that want to take the day a little easier are kept entertained with activities like SUP handstands, tube balancing and swimming. A well earned chocolate bar marks the turn around point at the Jump site and we paddle back to where our tube were left at rivers edge. From here we now take you on a spectacular round route down stream tubing pool hop back to the low water bridge where we started. The Green Route forest experience entails 1.5 fun-filled hours of mild activity in exquisite Tsitsikamma scenery. It is therefore suitable for folks of various fitness level and families with small children 5 years and up. Our access to the Storms River takes you on an exquisite journey though pristine forest. Please note: Tubing experiences vary according to changing river levels and weather conditions. So please call a day in advance for advice. Most (90%) of our trips are conducted on medium-low to low water and the trip entails pool paddling, bouldering and walking, tube jumps, swimming, and optional rock jumps up to 8m in height. (short pour over and shoot rapids are water level dependent)
