This family owned and run guest house is situated in Simons Kloof a tranquil, residential area within proximity to the town centre and activities, but far enough removed to afford one the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle. All our units are individually decorated, bright and sunny with thoughtful home away from home touches, private entrances, and spacious sea view balconies. The bathrooms have either a bath or shower and include free toiletries. Free WIFI is available throughout and secure off-street parking too. When booking a two-bedroom apartment, a private lounge, dining area and little kitchen create the perfect self-catering home away from home. A continental breakfast can be arranged upon request to enjoy either on the balcony or as a to go picnic as you explore the diverse activities on our doorstep. We are conveniently situated only a short drive from the main town and harbour, where numerous restaurants, shops, museums, and galleries are located. You are spoilt for choice with an incredible diversity of activities to choose from right from our doorstep. We are talking historical, spectacular hiking and trail running, scuba, free or rock pool diving and snorkelling, Water Bikes, fishing and so much more. Our mission is to give you a taste of the area in a no frills, unfussy let the ingredients shine. Components and packaging are all about getting to enjoy your lunch anywhere on the Peninsula, we're thinking mountain top, secluded beach or even the busiest of tourism hotspots. You could even take it back to your accommodation to enjoy there. We're versatile like that.  Gourmet Picnic Basket: Main: Home made sundried tomato pesto and couscous salad with mediterranean roasted vegetables. Artisanal Sandwich with freshly baked bread of your choice (options include, sourdough, ciabatta, 100% rye, gluten free) Combinations include but are not limited to: Buffalo mozzarella, vine ripened tomatoes, rocket and pesto mayo Chicken breast fillet, avocado and sriracha mayo Salmon, cream cheese and avo Dessert: Fruit Kebabs or Salad A Petit Four Selection Selection of snacks: Trail mix, biltong and marinated olives Drinks: Local Sparkling Apple or Pear Juice Bottled Water A snack selection:  Trail mix, Game biltong, Cheese Straws and Marinated Olives Wine can be added at an additional rate. please note, no alcohol is permitted within any national parks. Situated on the beach, you will find an array of the famous colourful beach huts and plenty of restaurants and surf shops. Shark spotters keep a lookout for potential danger roaming in the bay. Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens The Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, one of ten botanical gardens in Africa, offer visitors a haven of peace and serenity at the foot of the Devil's Peak mountain.
