Cancellation Policy
· Should you arrive later than the tour departure time, your tour may be forfeited and not refunded or rescheduled.
· What happens if you are late? If you inform us as soon as you know you are going to be late, and we have a gap in our schedule after your booking we can usually accommodate.
· Cancellation 8 days more prior to activity will receive a full refund
· Cancellation 3-7 days prior to tour date: 50% refund*
· Cancellation 2 days prior to tour date or late arrivals or “no show” will forfeit the full amount
- Please ensure that you arrive 30 minutes early
- Clients who are intoxicated or under the influence of any substance will not be allowed to participate
- A mask is required to participate
- Maximum weight is 160kg
- Please ensure that you have no medical conditions that will prohibit you from prticipating. In the event that you are uncertain, pelase consult your docktor
- Please note that the permit office closes daily at 15:30
