Trading as Wild Planet Safari is a business in the Tourism industry that Operates inbound tours in South Africa. Ker Safari offer package tours that generally include transport, meals, accommodation, activities, guides and entrance fees. All inclusions will be confirmed with client before invoice is sent and tour is confirmed. Delivery policy Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 7 days and the tour will be confirmed by way of a receipt and reference number this will be sent via email. To confirm your booking, a 50% deposit of the total day fee or package price is payable. The outstanding balance of the day fee or package price is payable 30 days prior to arrival. Accepted method of payment is an online bank transfer, EFT, credit or debit card. All bank and business details will be on your invoice. You shall receive your invoice once the complete Safari Booking Form has been received by KER SAFARI (PTY) Ltd. t/a WILD PLANET SAFARI. Return and Refunds policy The provision of goods and services by Ker Safari (PTY) Ltd trading as Wild Planet Safari is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Ker Safari will provide guest with suitable replacement options and will not take payment until the changes have been confirmed and agreed upon. In case you cannot attend the safari for some reason, and you have paid the deposit, the deposit will not be forfeited if we have more than 90 days notice. In such instance 80 % of the deposit amount shall be returned. In the case you cancel the booking 89 days to 60 days before the starting date of the safari KER SAFARI will return 50 % of your deposit. In the case of cancellation 59 days to 30 days before the starting date Ker Safari will refund 25% of your deposit. If the client cancels the tour 29 days to 14 days before the starting date of the tour the full amount will have been received and Ker Safari will refund 25 % of the full amount. In the case the client cancels less than 14 days prior to the commencement of the tour the full amount will be forfeited, Ker Safari will then assist with client and their travel insurance in any relevant and legal claims. Payment options accepted Accepted method of payment is an online bank transfer, EFT, Visa credit or debit card, debit or credit Mastercard. Card acquiring and security Card transactions will be acquired for Ker Safari via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Customer details separate from card details Customer details will be stored by Ker Safari (PTY) Ltd. separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Trading as Wild Planet Safari takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods and services. Country of domicile This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Ker Safari (PTY) Ltd. chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature. Every precaution, as far as possible, will be taken to ensure the safety of our clients. In the event of medical care or rescue being needed, the client will be liable for the total cost thereof. Pick up is at 8am and is included in the price for any guests staying within a 10km radius of the town Hoedspruit. Lunch is own expense and will be enjoyed at a restaurant in Graskop. Drop off will be back at the guests lodge or in the town Hoedspruit.
