Welcome to Knysna Ziplines. The most fun you can have. Guaranteed!! Experience some of the longest ziplines around and even some of the highest. The knysna ziplines tour consist of 4 Monster cables between 8 platforms and crisscross the gorge with some reaching 200 meters off the ground. Not for the feint hearted! Situated at the Kranshoek Picnic site, every effort has been taken not to obscure the natural surroundings. Participants are required to register and complete an indemnity for at the office situated at the Harkerville Forest Lodge. Guests have the option to either self-drive to the start or can opt to drive with Knysna Ziplines at a cost of R150 per person. An additional Sanparks entrance fee of R38 per person is payable at the entrance to the Kranshoek picnic site. Once at the start, visitors will be greeted by highly trained guides who will assist with harnessing and will complete the mandatory safety briefing!

What To Wear

* No slip-on shoes as you might lose them during the activity - closed comfortable shoes. * Comfortable clothing. * No skirts or dresses * No Loose Items that might fall from the cables into the forest as we cannot retrieve items from the dense forest.

Things To Bring

* Sunscreen * Small bottled water - easy to carry * you can also bring a small bag to take your phone or camera with - please ensure its a bag that will not get lost while ziplining and that it can be secured to your body.

Guests Or Spectators

Spectators are not allowed on the paths created for the ziplines. Strict fines will be issued if not adhering to the parks rules such as staying on the relevant paths.


Exclusions

* Sanparks entery fee R35 per person. * No children under 6 years will be allowed to participate. * No PREGNANT women. * No heart conditions or physical disability. * No person over the 120kg weight limit. * We have a number of staircases and walkways between the ziplines * If you are unsure of your condition please consult your GP


Vouchers may not be used between 15 Dec. to 15 January. We require full payment prior to arrival - our booking system will generate an invoice for you to settle with in a few minutes of your booking. No Payment no Booking. Please arrive 20 minutes before your booking. If your late you unfortunately lose your time slot and no refunds. We will only cancel a booking in the event of safety concerns and will refund 100% - we do operate in all weather conditions! so weather is not a factor for cancellations unless we have thunder.. If your responsible for booking a group please ensure that all participants are aware of our Terms and Conditions as well all aspects of the adventure. COVID 19 Virus – if your unsure if you would like to participate but have booked – we will issue you with a voucher valid for 1 year from date of purchase. No refunds

No cancellations are allowed and late arrivals for a time slot unfortunately forfeit the full payment - our conditions are similar to booking an airplane ticket - a plane doesn't wait for any passenger that might be late :-) please ensure your on time. a. Over 3 months – full fee returned less 10% admin fee b. Under 15 days – full fee is due c. Final numbers may not change 15 days Prior to the booking date – we will charge full for any amount changes 15 days or less. d. We do not allow time slots to move if the booking is less than 15 days away In the unlikely event were we cancel a booking due to extreme bad weather, safety, or maintenance - please allow for a 7day period before the refund will be reflecting in your account.
