Then our 4 night 5 day Mini Beach Trail is the perfect escape for you! Our 4 night 5 day Mini Beach Trail is one of our favorite rides. The first afternoon you will do an introduction ride to make sure that you have the right horse. Then is off on for 3 days of fabulous riding along the Wild Coast with 2 night stay at either Trennerys or Wavecrest Hotels. The last night is back in Kei Mouth and a final ride on the 5th day over the cliffs at Morgan Bay. This is a great ride, one that we really love to do. PLEASE NOTE All riding and itineraries are subject to change due to variations in local conditions, hotel accommodation availability, rider’s abilities, the weather & the influences of the sea tides and during the rainy season the conditions of the rivers at the time of riding. .

Things To BringPacking List • Jodhpurs or riding pants. • Riding chaps or long boots. • Own hard hat. • Shorts for walking and hiking. • Walking shoes or boots to ride in. • Slip slops or sandals. • A couple of light long sleeved shirts with collars to protect you from the sun while riding. • T shirts and tops. • Light long trousers. Jeans will do. • Smart outfit for dinner in the evenings. • Warm clothing 1 X jersey (jumper/fleece).to ride in and a nice one for the evenings! • A good warm rain proof coat. • Light weight rain jacket/wind breaker that will be tied to your saddle. • Sun block. Factor 30 to 50! • Swimming costume and swimming towel. • A torch (Flashlight) • A camera and binoculars. (battery charger) & adapter! • Reading material • Other items of a personal nature. • Enough cash to cover your drinks and spa treatments and other items of a personal nature. All hotels accept Master and Visa cards. • It is customary to give your guides a 10% gratuity for guiding and looking after you while on your riding holiday. • NB! A valid credit card to cover any unforeseen emergency. This would be used to cover the unlikely event of you having to go to hospital if you have a bad fall from a horse. The hospitals in our area demand a deposit to be paid up front. You would be able to reclaim this amount from your travel insurance
1 night accommodation in Kei Mouth 2 nights at Wavecrest Hotel (or other location depending on availability) 1 night in Kei Mouth Light breakfast (cereal, toast, yogurt, fruit, preserves, tea and coffee) Pub lunches or packed lunch for picnics Evening Dinners DRINKS - Water bottles will be provided while out riding. .
ExclusionsDRINKS - guest will be required to pay for all extra soft drinks, wine, beer and any other beverage when out for lunch, at restaurants and at the hotel bars. There is a bottle store just around the corner from the guest lodge if other beverage is required. Items of a personal nature, spa treatments & gratuities. .
• The 25% booking confirmation deposit is payable within 7 days of booking to confirm the riding holiday - it is non-refundable. • All bookings must be paid 14 days before start of trail. • If a booking is made within the 14 day period, the full amount is payable. • No refunds will be given once payment has been made. • No refunds will be given if client departs early for any reason. • Should a client, due to unforeseen circumstance (sickness or injury) or COVID 19 travel regulations, not be able to travel (proof will be required) and not be able to make the dates that they booked, we will assist as best as we can to reschedule their riding holiday to another date that suits both parties. • • Please go to our home web site www.wildcoasthorsebackadventures.com for full details of our terms and booking conditions and copy of our recreational release and indemnity agreement. LIABILITY Whilst riding or in the vicinity of horses in the care of the operator or guide of your trip you must comply with the instructions of that person. You accept that the aforementioned operator or guide is entitled to require you to dismount or to refuse to allow you to ride if for any reason they consider that you may endanger the safety or welfare of any person or horses. If so required you have no claim and will not be entitled to any compensation or refund. You understand and accept that you will be required to sign our standard “liability waiver” on arrival. A copy of our indemnity form is found on this web site or we can send you one by email. Domicile executandi All possible disputes arising from our terms and conditions are subject to South African Law and any hearing of cases will take place in a South African Court of Law. • Wild Coast Horse Trails is not liable for any damages, loss or injuries that may be suffered by the guests whether occurring before, during or after the ride and you are required to sign a recreational release and indemnity form.
