Highly passionate guides will entertain you during your drive and explain fascinating details about the animals you find around you. Breakfast and lunch stops will be made where food and drinks can be purchased at your own expense. Ponchos and blankets are offered inclusively for your comfort. 3 hours Game Drives depart at 05:30 – 09:30 am , 09:30 am -12:30 pm , 12:30 pm-15:30 daily from your accommodations in Hazyview, with a minimum of 2 guests. Cancellation And Refund Policies Due to a limited number of equipment, we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled activity. This allows us to fill the activity If I am unable to attend. You may cancel by phone WhatsApp or email here. If you have to cancel your activity within 48hrs, we offer you a credit to your account but do not offer refunds. You may use these credits for any future activity, or I can transfer them to a friend. Credit must be used within 90 days. However, if you do not cancel before 48 hours, you will lose the payment for the activity. You may request to cancel your ticket for a full refund up to 72 hours before the date and time of the activity. Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of the activity date/time may not receive a refund or a transfer. When you register for an activity, you agree to these terms. Always allow an hour before and an hour after the booked activity time in case of delays due to mechanical or unforeseen circumstances. Credit card transactions will be acquired for Siyavaya Adventures via PayGenius (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway. Terms & Conditions The itinerary may vary slightly due to gate opening times, game movements, weather, etc...… • Final booking procedures can only be confirmed on receipt of the required deposit. • Children are to be accompanied by an adult at all times. • No drones will be allowed on safari as the Kruger National Park is a restricted air space. • Feeding any animal inside the Kruger National Park is strictly prohibited. • No alcohol will be permitted on Open Safari Vehicles and will be confiscated by SANParks officials at the gate of entry. 15-minute complimentary quad bike conditions are only when there is available space on the day or a day after you can drive it does not have to be on the day of your game drive; you can redeem it anytime, depending on the availability. Please confirm your booking 24 hours before the activity date by calling. Should you miss the departure time or be late for whatever reason, the ticket is not refundable Transport is not included, especially to the additional activities
