COMPANY CANCELLATION AND GENERAL POLICIES STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY * Cancellation 14 days or more prior to activity date = 10% fee charge and 90% refund for cancellation OR 100% reschedule allowed (100% activity credit) * Cancellation 7 - 14 days prior to activity date = 25% fee charge and 75% refund * Cancellation 3-6 days prior to activity date = 50% refund * Cancellation 2 days (48 hours) prior to activity date OR late arrivals OR no show = full fee charge and no refund Activity Credit should be used within a 24 month period from the issue date unless stated otherwise. Please be advised that if an activity credit option is selected instead of a cancellation charge, no refunds will be issued. After the travel credit has been selected no further alterations can be made / no refunds will be issued should you make any changes again. All transaction / transfer fees and/or forex conversion costs charged by the banks during the refund process will be for your costs.
