· ~45 days or more prior to activity date, 30% of activity cost will be forfeited
· ~Less than 45 days prior to activity date, 50% of the activity cost will be forfeited
· ~Less than 30 days prior to activity date, 100% of the activity cost will be forfeited
· ~No Show – 100% of activity cost will be forfeited
